3. AI concierge, messages, reviews and social links

When you send a message to the Lanora AI concierge, the message and a limited recent conversation context are securely sent through Lanora's server to OpenAI to generate a response. Responses are not stored by the model endpoint for later retrieval, and chat history is not saved by this website after the page session. Please do not include payment details, passwords, health information or government identifiers. Ordering, review submissions and some customer-service actions open WhatsApp or email with text prepared on your device. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send it. Links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Your consent choices

You can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential categories, or customize them separately. Essential functions remain active. You may withdraw or change consent at any time using Cookie Settings. We also keep analytics and marketing off when optional consent has not been provided.

5. Disclosure, safeguards and retention

Lanora Boutique does not automatically sell personal information through this website. Information you choose to send is used to answer your request, support an order, or moderate a submitted review.
