Free Shipping Offer Terms

1. Eligibility

• The offer applies to retail orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of at least $100 CAD.
• The $100 threshold is calculated after promotional discounts and before applicable sales taxes.
• The order must be shipped to one valid Canadian delivery address.
• No promotional code is required unless Lanora Boutique expressly states otherwise for a particular campaign.

2. Shipping service

The offer covers standard shipping to eligible addresses throughout Canada. Expedited, priority or customer-requested upgraded delivery services are not included; any upgrade price will be disclosed and agreed before the order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service interruptions or other circumstances outside Lanora Boutique's reasonable control.

3. Order changes, cancellations and returns

If an order is changed before shipment and its eligible merchandise subtotal falls below $100 CAD, the applicable standard shipping charge will be disclosed before the revised order is confirmed. If a qualifying order is partially returned and the retained merchandise falls below the threshold, any treatment of the original shipping benefit will be disclosed as part of the return process and applied only where permitted by applicable law. This offer does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.

4. Availability and fair use

The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a credit. Lanora Boutique may decline orders involving fraud, resale abuse, invalid delivery information or misuse of the promotion. Any amount already paid for an order that Lanora Boutique cannot fulfil will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

5. Changes to this offer

Lanora Boutique may amend, pause or end the offer prospectively. A change will not remove free standard shipping from an order already confirmed as eligible. The terms displayed when the order is confirmed will apply to that order.

6. Applicable consumer law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province or territory connected to the transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.
